Northbound was born out of decades of experience guiding companies through growth, reinvention, and transition. Founded by seasoned operators and strategists, we’ve walked alongside leaders as they navigate inflection points—from succession and M&A to culture realignment and organizational redesign. We've also built and sold companies ourselves, experiencing the intensity of transition firsthand—making us the right partner for leaders preparing for what's next.
