Northbound was founded on a simple belief: the best advice for leaders navigating M&A comes from people who have done it — not just advised on it. Our founders have built companies, taken them through acquisition, and sat on boards through every stage of the process. We started Northbound because we kept seeing the same thing: good companies leaving money on the table not because of bad financials, but because they weren't built to be acquired. That's the problem we exist to solve.
